Here at Teamcheap our goal is to make you feel as much joy when you receive your product as when we make it. We love seeing the designs and ideas that our customers create, and we want you to love the custom product you receive.Teamcheap has been an industry leader maintaining a 99.5% customer satisfaction rate.
Due to the nature and process of customizing products, all of our apparel and gear is made from scratch. All customized products with or without any text, numbers, logos, or other forms of custom designs are final sale. This also includes blank designs as these are fully custom due to the process of sublimation or embroidery. Any worn, used, or damaged items cannot be returned, including without original tags or packaging. Any accepted returns are required to be returned within 15 days and fulfill the return shipping costs. We recommend using a method of shipping that includes a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages.Accepted returns may include restocking fees and associated Teamcheap Rewards revoked. Please allow 1 to 5 business days to process your return. This does not include shipping time to our return shipping address. If a refund is issued,refund amount does not include any discounts and shipping charges. Undamaged samples returned within 30 days of delivery will be issued a full refund. Samples must return in original packaging. Please mention your order number on the package. Any concern on the order must be registered within 10 days of receiving the product. After this, no concerns will be registered. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from delivery of order. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number, photos of your order, and a brief description.
If an order is incorrectly produced, we will recreate and reship your order free of charge. You may keep your initial received order as well. Please simply email us your order number, images of your order, and the reason of concern to [email protected]. Our Support Representatives will respond within 24 hours.
