We have no minimum order quantities across all of our products. You may purchase as many items as you would like.

Yes, you can. Please choose "Blank(No Name/Number)" when placing an order.And you will get plain products of the corresponding color and design WITHOUT ANY CUSTOMIZED INFORMATION(No name/number/logo).

Can I put a logo or emblem on my apparel?
Yes you can upload your own logo. We can also suggest logos or emblems for you.Be aware of uploading copyrighted work without authority constitutes an infringement.
Why is the color of the actual product not exactly the same as the proof I approved?
The colors of the proof as shown are approximate and will differ on each computer monitor or mobile screen. However, the color shown on the proof and actual product will be almost identical.
Can I use another font, not the default font in your proofs?

Yes, you can suggest a special font for us to use on your uniforms. The style of all lettering and numbers can be customized to your choosing.Related submissions in the “Design Your Style” step

Can I replace the team name on the front with a team logo?

What happens if I need assistance?

Can I get a free mockup?

Yes,if you need a mockup, please contact our customer service to get it.We will send you a free mockup of what your order will look like. If you would like to make any revisions to the mockup, this is free of charge. We will make as many revisions to your mockup as you would like. Once you are 100% satisfied and approve of the mockup, we will proceed with processing your order. If you would like, you may cancel your order and request a full refund at anytime before we process your order.

Refunds/Cancellation

What if I need to cancel my order?
You may cancel your order free of charge and receive a full refund if your order is not in production. If the order is already in production, then your order cannot be cancelled due to the production and material cost that we have already incurred.
What happens if there is a mistake with my order?

If there is a production error please email us pictures of your order at [email protected] and we will investigate the matter immediately.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item?

If there is an issue with your product, please send an email to us describing the issue with the product, or the changes you need made. We also ask that you include photos of the product that you received to help us get a better idea of how to fix it.Depending on the issue, we will work refund the product or get a replacement put into production as soon as possible. If we are unable to identify any defects with the product based on your pictures, we may require you to return the product with the original packaging and labels, your proof of purchase to us for inspection before a determination is made.This can take up to 14 working days.

Can I Return a Blank Product That I've Processed for Resale?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for blank products that have been purchased and then processed or modified for secondary sale. Our return policy only covers items in their original, unaltered condition.We advise customers to consider this policy before purchasing our blank products for further processing and resale.
When will I receive my refund?
If you qualify for a refund and we have already issued the refund to you, the refund normally takes between 5-10 business days to be refunded back to the original payment method. If you do not see a refund within this time frame, please contact your payment method provider directly.

What are the criteria for determining an abnormal package delivery status?

We consider a package delivery status to be abnormal under the following conditions:
