Cancellation Policy

Custom made products are different then off the shelf items. Each product is made for you after you place your order .So for us to get the order to you as quickly as possible , we start working on it as soon as you place the order.

If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email with your order number and the reason of the cancellation, and we will retrieve it back if the order has not been put into production.

However, if your order is already in production (i.e. we have started making it for you), then we will be unable to modify it.The quickest way to see if you can still make a change is on your order status page which is processing, then it is too late !

In circumstances where your order can be intercepted prior to shipment, your order may be subject to a 25% mid-process cancellation fee. Otherwise if your order has shipped, you must receive and return the order in accordance with our return policy.
