Amazing customer service! Fantastic product; it feels luxurious and not cheap in any way. Incredible price for what I received. It is a very warm varsity jacket with hood. Embroidery feels top notch as if my grandmother stitched it herself! I can't wait to buy another one... Lastly, listen to their sizing suggestions; they told me buy a Medium based on my measurements and it fits perfectly. I'm normally a large or XL in jackets, but they said medium and they were right, just be honest with your weight and height when they ask. If you want to wear a sweatshirt under the jacket, go a size up from their recommendation, but it's a warm enough jacket without it.
